When one of our clients, a well-known mattress retailer in Mexico, decided to enter a Premium Segment for the first time, we knew we would need to design much more than a new brand and a marketing campaign.
We started with our business innovation process with UX Research, which helped us determine the direction of ideation for value creation, and a totally new user experience.
Our business design process led us to participate in product-portfolio design with a one-stop shop approach, a seamless UX that included technology for customized sleep system election, and guidelines for architecture and interior design. Lastly, we also created a brand to communicate a scientific approach to human recovery.
